Right now the problem is with Emix link , so please get the info on their website . Other problem is with the STM1 route /link  . Which does not mean that whole of SEA-ME-WE 3 is cut .

Yes . Its true that the shared bandwidth has been temporarily restored at present using STM1 link but again its in testing process and there is some problem near Europe due to which it may be switched off any time . Please request PTCL for proper and reliable arrangements as soon as possible .

Most of the circuits on ITI shared bandwidth are down since 4 p.m today  . I have learnt through reliable sources that this outrage will continue till July 29 . ITI has no alternate / redundant link at present .
 
I would request that this matter may be brought into the knowledge of Secy I T division and Chairman PTCL .
 
 If no solid step or measure is taken in short time most of the small ISP'S will suffer from huge financial loss .
