ISPAK: PTA letter to stop Dialpad etc.

I have received a letter from PTA directing us to stop these websites. It
is also saying that this will be checked in QOS testing. 


What is the stance of ISPAK on this. Should we block those sites ?? Are
you guys also blocking these sites ??
