Dear Jamal   With MoST taking keen interest in kick starting E Govt Project and I presume by all means PTCL will be the lead implementor of this E Govt, how about suggesting this option to PTCL for creating a VIRTUAL one window as we all are sick and tired of existing one window at Clifton...their fax machine even does not respond after normal working hours! That was demand side. Now afer supply is made comes after sales support, and you need to know every chowkidar and jamadar of PTCL to get access to the right guy before a complaint is lodged...and after that every DE,GM,DG etc to get it corrected....when will this E thing come to PTCL...after 2002 ? Why cant they have a more positive approach now...what is your role and what is your opinion about this E-Govt side of PTCL.   PS : here E means Electronic and not Elected!   Regards   Ateeq Khan
