Dear Mr. Bhutta
Realizing the need of such a software we have developed a voting
procedure in which apart from voting a member can also place his
comments for the purpose of any discussion.
The system can be accessed only by the members and is password secured,
the system has been developed in Oracle using PL/SQL Procedures.
However, considering the fact that new Executive Committee and Office
Bearers will be having their first meeting in about 8 days, we thought
appropriate to present this system to ISPAK in the first meeting and
get the approval for use of such software from the new Office Bearers.
