PTCL and PTA are two sides of the same coin. If we are thinking they are
separate entities then we are grossly mistaken. This is a fact. Dont mind
what the paper says or mentions. What we are forgetting is the emergence of
NTC..a force to reckon with in times to come. I think they will take up the
job from where PTCL leaves it.
Same goes in the case of NEPRA and WAPDA/KESC etc.
Govt is just transferring the existence of its monopolies to these so
called regulatroy authorities.
