The message from Dr. Naeem is not clear w.r.t
1. The objective and topic of the seminar (which is going to be from 10:00
am to 5:00 pm) w.r.t ISPAK participation
2. The type of audience attending the seminar
Furthermore the time given to cover problems faced by ISPs and QoS is too
short to cover the whole issues
I suggest that ISPAK should participate in it as part of audience and not as
presenter. We can ask PTCL to hold separate meeting for this purpose.
You should humbly send a regret to PTCL.
