May I repeat my request someone to please take the responsibility of making
a comparative chart showing the changes in the regulations, taxes, etc which
may have made the Telecommunications and T sector fare worse then before. I
need this in a day or so.

In the document attached, charge of 5% on IT equipment has been mentioned.
However, there is no mention of charging sales tax, which has now been
levied @15% on not only imports but supplies also under custom code
8471.8010 as published in the PCT 2001. It includes all networking
equipment, routers, LAN bridges, hubs excluding switches & repeaters
