Well I
hope that all you Karachites ready to pay up ... as quite frankly the North has
already been paying these exorbitant charges . If PTCL decides not
to
charge
Karachi because of this "lack of cordination" , then the North region must be
refunded the amount that is paid . There should not be any disparity between
regions and I hope this point is made clear to all .
