Dear All, I dont understand what honorable Minister Sb meant by an extra 150% bandwidth as earlier we were told that the new rates for the 2MB Circuit on STM-1 is going to be US$6000/-. Does that mean that there is a change in some plans from PTCL? Can somebody clarify please??
