Subject :            QUALITY OF SERVICE BY ISPs 

Dear Mr. Sajjad, 

With reference to your notice, published in Daily “DAWN” newspaper dated: January 4, 2002 regarding collection of information (PRIs/ BRIs, Bandwidth Details and numbers of active users) from ISPs.
Last time when the ISPAK delegation had met the Chairman PTA on 15^th June 2001 at PTA Regional Office Karachi, it was decided that whenever information is required from ISPs, they would be given sufficient time.
To generate accurate and validated information, the report may be delayed upto 11^th January 2002.
