What I would be interested in is if there is any other activity going on while
these attacks are drawing our attention to the "Targets" that are getting the
press. Also, what controls do the ISPs and backbone vendors have to manage
attacks against their network equipment?
Keep remembering the end run our boys did in Iraq. I was in Dhahran Saudi
Arabia at the time ducking Scuds.
