OK..
Here we go again. A Real Secure Detector does not necessary need a
dedicated "Head" monitor after the initial installation and configuration
is complete.
The just using a monitor during routine maintenance would be necessary,
otherwise, get the biggest baddest box you can get, fill it full of memory
and good size disk, and there you go..
The best recommendation for a RealSecure Detector are those PC's in a rack
type configurations.

I think than the screen saver 3D Pipe is NOT a good Idea, because this
screen saver generate many calculation when is ruuning, and the processor
has needing to release many ressources to do that.
Doesn't not use a 3D Screen saver on RealSecure Detector. It's bad ...

There was a thread on this issue 6 months ago. Based on the information I
took the following steps to harden my NT RealSecure Engines. They have be
running in this configuration for about 5 months. I think the most
important step in hardening the workstation was NOT intsalling the NT
Network. RealSecure and the Consol works fine without being part of the
network. I am willing to walk to the computer room when I need to work
with
the engines.
