How long would it take to perform a light (discovery scan) then a level-5
scan on the following fully populated networks using Internet Scanner
[console is a single laptop PIII 256MB RAM]. Scans would be performed after
hours when the network is less utilized.
[example networks]
10.0.0.0/8 Light: Level-5:
140.130.0.0/16 Light: Level-5:
192.168.1.0/24 Light: Level-5:
How long would would it take to use System Scanner against the following,
again with single console system also after hours:
NT: 400
Solaris: 100
HP: 125
I'm trying to gather some baseline information in order to help management
allocate the appropriate amount of hours for an internal project. Any help
would greatly appreciated!
