You have this problem if you have been using I.S. for several scans or, for
instance, to modify several policies and run a new scan.
The problem disappears if you quit I.S. and run it again.
It looks like some resources are not freed until you quit the program.
Don't be confused by the message : RPC has nothing to do with Remote
Procedure Call; it means Raw Packet Something.
