You also need to make sure the database size is NOT close to 1GB. Once
the database grows to that size, it will fail, due to a limitation in
the DB application (MS Access). If you database is close to that size,
then Mark's advice about moving the old one and creating a new one is
right on target. My own preference is to dump the data into another
database type, such as Oracle, on a regular basis.
