If S2 fails to transfer the certs, than go to the
.\request\agent\hostname_of_agent directory and copy the 4 certificates to a
floppy. On the agent copy the 4 certs to the SSL directory (there is
allready 1 iss.pem file inthis dir.) that is: Send them by snailmail & have
the remote sysadmin copy the files to the correct dir.
Make sure the console is able to resolve the hostname to IP. Use the hosts
file.

I'm unable to connect to a System Scanner ver 4 agent using SSL..The
SSconsole repeatedly says ..failed to connect to the agent.For some of the
agents, the Console mentions...Generated certificates sucessfully but
failed to establish SSL connection.Do any changes need to be done at the
agent end.----All the agents are installed on remote machines.Help!
