We have the same problem.
Try to generate a report for only OS events.
It will work, but probably empty ;-)
We have replaced the 5.5 LogDB (Access 2000 format)
with a 5.0 LogDB (Access 97 format).
It works fine, without further problems.
ISS said, that we should install MS Access 2000.
We can't and don't want to install MS Access 2000 on the
console machines !
