I'm relatively new to this product, but I think I'm able to answer your
question.  As you most probably already know, the license resides on the
sensors.  So you should not have any problem managing the sensors from one
master console.  The only thing you would have to do is import/export the
keys between the master and the merged sensors.  However, if you do move the
sensors out of the original IP range, you might have to get with ISS for a
new key, which might cost some $$$.

Above is just my understanding, correct me if I'm wrong.
