Hello Robert,

Before installing/configuring a firewall I recomend you:
- Follow the steps recommended by Microsoft to install the W2K Advanced
Server
- Follow the steps recommended by Microsoft to install the IIS
- Read carefully the Microsoft Security recomendations, Checklist and Best
Pratices found in
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/itsolutions/security/default.asp
- Subscribe Microsoft Security Bulletin
- Subscribe several security news (CERT, Neworder, etc.)

After this steps use one or two security scanners to find weak point in your
network security. Write some detailed security procedures and make sure that
everyone follows it.
Only after this I recomend you to thing in a firewall, because at this level
you will know better your network and your security needs. Maybe when you
get to this step you realize that you don't need at all a firewall....
