Hi A quick question - I hope someone can help. I'm running RealSecure 5.0 network sensor with a 5.5 console across a VPN. The console can connect fine to the sensor, but I can't do DB operations (I get WSAETIMEOUT errors), and the "Event Channel Status" is permanently pending. I have had the firewalls in between opened both ways on ports 901 and 2998. It used to work, and then one of the firewalls was upgraded (but the rules copied over), and I upgraded from RealSecure 3.2 to 5.0/5.5 on the same weekend. Any ideas? Thanks Graeme
