You can install a second instance of the console GUI only (no Event
Collector, no Asset Database, no Enterprise Database) and import and print
from the policy editor there.

Or you should (I haven't tried this myself yet) be able to copy
policyeditor.exe to another machine and fire that up, import the policy and
print.

Or you can open any .policy file in notepad.exe or wordpad.exe and print it
out. This is the raw policy though.

Good day all,

I have to print updated hardcopies of every fine-tuning changes in all my
sensors; and company policy has it that I cannot attach any printing device
at the RealSecure console. Do I have an option to export the Sensor Policies
into other document/text formats?

To be specific, would I be able to:

1. Export a customised printer-formatted policy to a document/text file

2. Transfer the file to a diskette

3. Open the file at my own desktop with my document/text editor

4. Print the policy in preferred document/text format

Thanks to all.

Cheerios,

Vic
