Either Windows saved the file with a .ZIP extension instead of .XPU (Winzip does this) or your maintenance has expired and you would need to renew it. I was able to download it and store in a directory but when I try to iinstall the xpu all I can see is RS 7.0 xpu 20.1 and 20.2. The 20.3 xpu is not there but if I check it using the explorer the xpu files are there. Any explanation why this is happening?
