Hi Charles!

I am running this on my Workstation which has an internet connection, so that I can
copy the data to the server machine that does not. The file is a text file that our
distributor and contains the sentence "Attached below is your ISS software License
Key." After the actual key there is this section:

Features: RS RealSecure Network Sensor
                RH RealSecure OS Sensor
                SV RealSecure Server Sensor

Therefore, my **assumption** is that it is a sensor license key. We have another file
which contains:

Features: SP Site Protector

However, I have tried both files with the same results. The AppServer, Event
Collector, etc. seem to be running again. (Sensors show "Active")

Regards,

Jim Mohr

it is referring to a sensor license key.

Is this what you are pointing it to?

Subject: [ISSForum] Manual Upgrader says it cannot find the license file

Hi All!

I have downloaded the manual upgrader and when I start it, it asked for a license
file. When I select the license file it says "The license file was not found".

Well, maybe the is not the license file that it is expecting. This is the file that
was sent to us when we bought the product and contains the "ISS software License Key".
Is the "license file" something different?

Any help is greatly appreaciated.

Regards,

Jim Mohr
