In our case, I think as part of the XPU that upgraded agent manager to support PD, it automatically made copies of all of our RSDP 7.0 policies to PD 8.0 policies.
So the migration was handled automatically. Of course we never saw this "feature" documented anywhere so we got into a mess applying 8.0 policies to RSDP agents and vice versa since we didn't notice at first glance that this had happened "automagically". Tried to open both policies together to copy/paste but SP doesn't allow that. Tried to copy to the clipboard from one policy but the clipboard is not available when you open the other policy. Is there a process, other than manually inputting this data into the new Proventia v8 policy? Thanks, Ann Cortez Ann M. Cortez Raytheon Phone: 972-952-4625 2501 W.
