IcebergUtil grew too large and contains too many different methods.
We should split it up and organize the auxiliary methods better.
E.g., we could introduce new classes:
* IcebergCatalogUtil
* IcebergCommonExprs
* IcebergSerializationUtil
* IcebergValidationChecks
* etc.
