We can add it in this section:

The doc mentions that "It is not recommended to change the default values on
these flags". This only applies to the existing 3 flags.
For {{max_stmt_metadata_loader_threads}} it's OK to adjust it. Need to reword
that sentence.
Also added another comment about introducing {{disable_hms_sync_by_default}} in
