While implementing IMPALA-13122 (file metadata statistics logging), we
discovered that Ozone doesn't provide valid disk IDs, causing host:disk pair
statistics to be empty/missing in logs.

Expected Outcome: Either fix disk ID population for Ozone or document why it's
