IMPALA-15166: Improve test coverage for geospatial functions
Add more function test cases to geospatial-esri-extra.test and
geospatial-esri-srid.test to cover all st_ functions.
Add the geospatial-wkb-serialization.test (WKB round-trip and malformed
input cases) to the default HIVE_ESRI test run, and the
functional.geom_relations_wkt test table (WKT strings in a text table)
with its data file. The table is used by the geospatial relation predicate
tests to check all geometry type combinations for all relations. Getting
data from tables also allow checking things like executing with codegen,
which will be important for the c++ implementation.
This revealed bug in Hive ESRI lib: HIVE-29726
