Description:
Umbrella for DML on Iceberg tables served by an Iceberg REST catalog. The work
lands in the subtasks; no commit references this issue directly.
The first step is INSERT INTO (IMPALA-15310), on top of a shared DML finalizer
(IMPALA-15308) and a planning-time table UUID check (IMPALA-15309). UPDATE,
DELETE, MERGE and CTAS are not covered yet.
