[~stigahuang] nudging this one whenever you have a minute: is the
{{HdfsScanNode.getNumInputRows()}} TODO the gap you had in mind here, or is
there an Iceberg path I have missed? Happy to take either - I would just rather
not start on the wrong one.
Same for the TABLESAMPLE note in my first comment: I will file it separately if
it looks real to you, and let it go if not.
