Currently some advisory messages such as messageConsumed or messageDelivered
advisories contain a copy of the original message set as the dataStructure, but
the message body is missing because it has been cleared out.
This is fine most of the time but it would be nice to be have the ability to
optionally include the original message body of messages. This should be off
by default because of the performance hit, but sometimes I want to have the
option to receive the message body content (ie the entire message) on the
advisory topic for auditing purposes.
