The JavaDoc for javax.resource.spi.DissociatableManagedConnection (which you've
implemented in your patch) says, "An implementation of this interface must
support the lazy connection association optimization." It's not clear to me
that the Artemis RA supports this optimization. Can you confirm that it does?
Otherwise this change wouldn't be appropriate.
