Chapter "Configuration Reload" (page 99) includes obsolete content due to
changed addressing model (AMQ7 Beta2 Addressing Model).
Broker configuration file "Broker.xml" has no modules "JMS Queues" or "JMS
Topics" now; the new addressing model do not have a separate JMS configuration.
