During the release process the markdown documentation is converted into HTML,
and the HTML is supposed to be included in the distribution. If I deploy the
snapshot from my machine (i.e. using {{mvn -fae -B -e clean source:jar deploy
-DskipTests=true -Prelease}}) then the HTML files are included. However, if the
nightly build on the Apache CI infrastructure does it then the HTML files are
not included. I'm continuing to investigate.
