This gets a -1 from me (with caveats) as I don't think we should be changing
the default serializer away from Jackson based on 1 use case when it has been
used for years by many people. Also this would definitely not make it into a
minor version update.
At this point I can't tell if there is a finished implementation yet as it
looks like it isn't done but not sure.

If there is a finished version of an implementation for JSON-B then I would
probably be ok going to JSON-B in the next major update (5.16.0) as long as
Jackson is the default serializer still and then users can change if they want.
