This is related to ARTEMIS-2658, but it doesn't duplicate it
ARTEMIS-2658 has a wrong calculation on getEncodeSize();
This issue is somewhat different. the encodeSize might change if you store a
message right after reading it.. and it's legal to do so, as you may need to
add certain data after reading, such as extra properties to encode addresses.
we could make it better, but there's certainly no requirement to do such thing,
hence I'm opening this JIRA and changing the requirement to have encodeSize the
same.
