I don't _think_ there's any approval process for messages to appear on the
list, but I'm not a list moderator so I can't say for sure. In any event, I
think what you're seeing is probably a delay in Nabble itself. As noted
previously there's not really anything we can do about that as Nabble is
independent of Apache.
Any issues you have with Nabble (e.g. appearing as "unregistered") should be
directed at Nabble support.
