[~mmeierhofer] it seems your fix is good.. I'm confused on what else still 
needed to be done.. it seems you covered everything...

 

I guess the comment you requested to further investigate was before you 
provided the Pull Request.. is there anything else you need on this JIRA? (Nice 
catch on this one.. kudos on finding it.. and really thanks!)
