I saw the situation that needed this functionality.
it would be best if we added a method on PagingSTore to remove all the
pages, and take it out of paging.
The situation that made this happen had pages stuck, although they were
consumed already.
If you could as part of this task, when purgeAll is called, remove all the
pages instead it would be a great addition. it would solve situations where
paging is stuck due to whatever is happening underneath.
