[~tdunbar] can you try removing all files (not just netty jars) from
`/var/lib/mqbroker01/lib/` folder and then copy the
`netty-all-4.1.51.Final.jar` file from `/opt/apache-artemis-2.17.0/lib/` to
`/var/lib/mqbroker01/lib/`?
