Update on this branch:
- Everything is finished, except to:
* Configuration the destination on the <mirror>
* * Right now I only have the capability tag in place. I still need to
configure the destination on the mirror.
* Documentation
* Some testing with a "lying" server where the server will responde without
capability
* Some testing with a "lying" server where the server will close the link,
the mirror should reconnect
* Documentation is the big task now
I should finish everything but doc by middle this week.
