    Description: 
Browse queue shows timestamp/expires as human readable, but message view does 
not.

Instead, it shows the internal values, e.g. 1631197208003 and 0.

This can be shown as "2021-09-09 16:20:08" and "never".

Since this is the details view and there is enough space, I propose showing it 
as "1631197208003 (2021-09-09 16:20:08)" and "0 (never)".
