Fix For: 2.27.0
For some reason, the scm 'tag' detail on main is set to a release version,
2.19.0, rather than the typical non-release ref such as HEAD. This means it is
misleading/wrong most of the time except for actual releases (since the
maven-release plugin changes it during release to the in-progress release
value, and then afterwards puts it back to what it was before, i.e the
inaccurate 2.19.0 value it started at).
