Java 17 (and 18 and 19) 32-bit support is fairly easily available from Temurin: 
https://adoptium.net/en-GB/temurin/releases/?arch=x86

However thats only for Windows though (and they dropped x86 Windows builds from 
JDK 20: https://adoptium.net/en-GB/temurin/releases/?arch=x86&version=20). 
Windows 11 also dropped 32bit support.

So it does seem a reasonable time to drop it even if there is some availability 
still.
