Fix For: 2.36.0
Various cleanups are possible; there is a mishmash of ancient and current
dependencies, various of which should be 'provided' scope but are not (warnings
when built on newer Maven versions). Those with a common maven-release based
version could also share a version prop rather than all using identical version
literal.
