Favicon should be an .ico file, including images of resolutions 16x16, 24x24,
32x32, 48x48, 64x64 and 256x256px.
The path inside index.html to favicon should also be fixed - there are 404
errors related to the favicon.
The favicon should then be removed from hawtconfig.json to avoid loading the
favicon twice.
Will create PR after ARTEMIS-5447 is merged.
