I don't have any other ideas at the moment as this solution has worked for
other folks with apparently the same problem.
I don't expect {{<ignore-scheme/>}} will be added to the default
{{jolokia-access.xml}} since converting HTTPS to HTTP is considered unsafe.
Folks need to opt-in to unsafe behavior and not get it by default.
