I think it's best to bump @hawtio/react when new version of hawtio console
comes out, and sync the version with the console.
For this PR, I think it might be good to squash commits into 2 (bundle the
ones that relate to dependencies, and the ones that relate to code changes).
@grgrzybek @andytaylor can you take a look?
