Some info:
When listing "only" 100 queues in the table, the delay isn't noticeable anymore.
On the "main" branch however, every key needs about 500ms to be seen in the
search bar when 100 items are displayed.
So the experience is much better.
For 1000 items displayed, however, I still experience some delays after this
PR. Not rendering the main table obviously helped, but there's still something
else going on.
