Clebert Suconic commented on ARTEMIS-3525:
------------------------------------------

One of the reasons I implemented this change is that when I was working with
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-4281, and also at a customer case
I had back then, queues were duplicating because of a race between checking for
non existent queues and auto-creation. on the case back then you could get to a
duplicate case... so the idea to make such check on startup was to avoid this
race between restarting the broker and reconnect the clients that would then
check for recreation.

> Empty Auto created queues should be removed right away

> this is a borderline between a bug and an improvement.
> The broker should check for empty auto-created queues upon restart. Empty
> auto-created queues should be removed right away.
